Because of the varying optimization software used by different brands, Whoscall may not work normally on all devices. We will later get into the customization needed for each individual brand in order to fully utilize Whoscall. Today, we will focus on OPPO phones. Please take note of the following instructions and set your device accordingly.
Reminder: This set of instructions is suitable for OPPO R9s only. If you are using another OPPO device, please find the corresponding settings in the other instructions below.
Step 1 : Tap [ Security Center] → Tap [ Privacy permissions ] → Tap [ Startup manager ] → Find [ Whoscall ] and enable it
Step 2 : Tap [ Security Center ] → Tap [ Floating window management ] → Find [ Whoscall ] and enable it
Step 3 : Tap [ Security Center ] → Tap [ Quick scan ] → Tap [ Security Protection ]→ Find [ Whoscall ] and Add to whitelist
Step 4 : Tap [ Setting ] → Tap [ Notification and status Bar ] → Tap [ Manage notifications ] → Find [ Whoscall ] and setting like below
Step 5 : Go to [ Setting ] → Tap [ Battery ] → Tap [ Whoscall ] and setting like below
Step 6 : In Home Screen,Tap [ menu button ] in the lower left corner → Find [ Whoscall ] and tap lock button
Step 7 (If you want to check whoscall is enable) : Go to [ Setting ] → Tap [ Security Center ] → Tap [ Startup app whitelist ] → Find [ Whoscall ]
